Our approach

LeapHover aims to make its public website and project enquiry experience usable across different devices and assistive technologies. We work toward keyboard operability, meaningful document structure, text alternatives for relevant images, readable contrast, responsive layouts and clear form labels. Where reasonably applicable, we use WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles as a design reference; this statement is not a claim of third-party certification or perfect conformance on every page or third-party component.

Third-party content

Checkout, payment, embedded communications and other third-party tools may have accessibility characteristics controlled by their providers. We aim to choose and configure them responsibly, but we do not control every external interface.

Requesting assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, use the website project/contact form and tell us the page, task and problem. We will try to provide a reasonable alternative or correct an issue within our control.
